AI Chatbot
If you use our AI chat assistant and voluntarily provide your name and email address (for example, to request a quote), that information is collected and used to follow up on your enquiry. Chatbot conversations are transmitted to OpenAI for processing (see Section 8). The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK/EU GDPR.
6. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is transmitted to us via encrypted SMTP (SSL/TLS) and stored in our email system. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain contact enquiry data for no longer than 24 months from the date of receipt, after which it is deleted. If a commercial relationship is established, retention obligations under applicable law and our service agreement shall apply.
Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers outside the UK or EEA (see Section 8 below), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — specifically Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved under UK GDPR and EU GDPR — before any transfer takes place.

8. Third-Party Services
Our contact form backend is hosted on our own server and does not share data with third-party CRM or marketing platforms. We do not use advertising networks or social media tracking pixels.
AI Chatbot (OpenAI)
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. When you interact with the chatbot, the text of your conversation is transmitted to OpenAI, Inc. (USA) for processing. If you voluntarily provide your name or email address during a chat session, that information may be included in the conversation data sent to OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data solely to generate responses and does not use it to train its models by default (see OpenAI Enterprise Privacy). Transfers to OpenAI are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Language Toggle
Our website offers an optional Romanian display language via a flag button in the navigation bar. This feature is powered entirely by our own client-side translation library and does not send any page content to Google, or any other third party, for translation. No external service is contacted when you switch languages.
If you click links to external social media profiles (LinkedIn, etc.), those platforms have their own privacy policies which we have no control over.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated revision date.
